GOALS OF MDJUNIOR

• To empower young Middle and High School students to be tomorrow’s leaders in medicine and health care.
• To provide a forum to build a structured and trusting relationship between mentor and mentee to ensure developing character, competence and a spirit of selfless service.
• To encourage the development of leadership and entrepreneurial skills, offer guidance and support through mentorship.
