The Mission of MDJunior is Inspiring Selfless Service through Mentorship.

Create future leaders in the field of medicine & healthcare through the youth of today.

Our 3 PILLARS OF SUCCESS:

I. KNOWLEDGE – To build a structured and trusting Mentor – Mentee Relationship and to ensure competence through Healthcare Education
Regular group meetings covering Academic essentials
Systems of Medicine
Immunology, Radiology, Pharmacology, Cardiology, Neonatology etc
First Aid, CPR, Hospice care

II. SKILLS – To Empower Leadership and Entrepreneurial skills, and offer guidance through Hands on Learning Programs.
Organized visits to Hospitals / Clinics
Job Shadowing, Internships
Mock up practice sessions

III. ATTITUDE – To Inspire a spirit of Selfless Service.
Community Volunteer activities & Global Health Program
Charitable Orgs. – Medshare, Embraced, Ronald McDonald Homes, Sociedad Amigos de los Niños
Collection Drives – Orthopedic, Blood, Food, Bone Marrow
